Neal Palmer to represent New Zealand at the 8th Beijing International Art Biennale!

Neal Palmer has been selected to represent New Zealand at the 8th Beijing International Art Biennale. Forty works, from twenty established New Zealand artists, will be exhibited later this month (August 2019) at the National Art Museum of China for the Biennale.
